Service Description

Gymnastics and cheerleading focused strength building partnered with Qadry Ismail. Strength and flexibility is the most common hold up for young athletes conquering new skills such as hand stands, bridges, back walkovers, back handsprings and so much more. This 4 week class is designed to introduce strength training and flexibility to each athlete's program.


Cancellation Policy

TT Sports Complex bookings are nonrefundable. If you are unable to make your rental time, class session or other bookings, please email contact@ttsportscomplex.com to to receive a credit to reschedule at a later date. Credit must be used within 60 days.
