B E G I N N E R
This class provides a group setting of age-appropriate fun challenges to build confidence and self-esteem. Through basic skill progression, children work on coordination, strength, balance, spatial awareness, flexibility and more. Obstacle courses, gymnastics stations, and the use of gymnastics apparatus help create a safe and fun learning environment. This class provides an Introduction to the fundamentals of basic gymnastics skills for vault, bars, beam, and floor.
Skills covered will include: rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, kickovers, jumps, turns, leaps, beam mount and walks, pullovers and casts on bars.
I N T E R M E D I A T E
Our intermediate classes are for the gymnasts that are ready for a more progressive class to build on their basic foundation and continue to develop their technique, strength, and flexibility.
Skills covered will include: round-offs, back walkovers, back handsprings, pullover progressions, advanced beam skills like jumps, and progressions of other skills onto the higher beam. This class should be taken by gymnasts that have mastered the basic skills, are focused and love to practice their skills outside of the gym.

T U M B L I N G
This class focuses on providing cheerleaders, dancers, and gymnasts with the skills necessary to become good tumblers. Students will spend time working on strength and tumbling drills that will help them get one step closer to better tumbling for other classes and try-outs.
Beginner tumbling will work on strengthening handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and rolls, as well as basic drills for round offs, and walkovers.
Advanced Tumbling has mastered these skills, and will work on perfecting their walkovers, handsprings, connected tumbling and will work on front/back tucks, twisting, and more.
