Beginner (Ages 5-8)

Service Description

This class provides a group setting of age-appropriate fun challenges to build confidence and self-esteem. Through basic skill progression, children work on coordination, strength, balance, spatial awareness, flexibility and more. Obstacle courses, gymnastics stations, and the use of gymnastics apparatus help create a safe and fun learning environment. This class provides an Introduction to the fundamentals of basic gymnastics skills for vault, bars, beam, and floor. What to wear: Girls- Leotard or athletic wear, hair back must be pulled back. Boys- athletic wear (Please bring water) *Please note, classes could be canceled or combined due to low enrollment for the summertime.
